Hurtigrutin says they had a problem with their computer with double booking, so put us in a different cabin on a different deck. Only compensation is $100 ship credit.

Is this good PR? New cabin is a less expensive cabin!

We booked a two week cruise with the Hurtigruten Cruise Line. Their brochure and advertising states "meals included." After we were on board we discovered that water and coffee was provided only during the morning meal.

Water was not provided during lunch. And neither coffee or water were provided for the evening meal. And we were not allowed to bring water from our state room into the dining area - we were told the water in the stateroom was not sanitary.

My wife is prone to bladder infections and was told to drink at least six glasses of water a day. She also drinks about four cups of coffee a day.

Hurtigruten will provide coffee for the evening meal at $7 a cup - no refills.

And, Hurtigruten will provide a small bottle of water for $7 each. If we purchased the water and coffee that we desired we would have had to pay aver $1,000 for coffee and water during the two week cruise.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Norway.

I didn't like: Water and coffee not provided.
